We are here to provide good service as per your needs and requirements. To realise this we ask our tenants to enjoy all things this amazing environment has to offer and commit to treating everything in their living environment with respect and consideration. The services we provide differ from those offered by most conventional property managers in the area – a personal touch and approach can be expected!

We now manage the rental of more than 100 rooms in 25 locations and expect to grow to well over 130 rooms in Queenstown, Frankton and Wanaka within the next few years.
